These vitamuffins are absolutely yummy. I first bought the already made muffins at the supermarket for $5.00, quantity of 4. I thought they were delicious but didn’t want to spend so much money on just 4 muffins. Then I found the mix on Amazon and thought it was absolutely worth the money. You get 12 muffins from each box which is twice as many muffins for about the same price and they’re so easy to make, you can’t go wrong. Just be careful when making them though, the box says to put the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 23-27 minutes but the first box I made got burned on the bottom when I listened to those instructions. The second box I made came out perfect. I pre-heated the oven at 300 degrees and when I put them in, raised the temperature to 325 degrees and baked for approximately 17-18 minutes, checked them once in between that time. I don’t know if my oven just gets too hot or what but just keep an eye on them. Other than that, it’s a great and healthy snack and if you’re on Weight Watchers like I am, for 1 point a muffin, you just can’t get anything better than that to satisfy that chocolate craving.

These muffins are the best! I, too, was paying +$5.00 for 4 muffin tops at the store and was thrilled when I found them on Amazon.com. Like the previous review, I thought the temperature was too high for baking, so I bake them at 325 degrees. I use 3/4 c. liquid egg substitute for the 3 egg whites, put 7 chocolate chips on each muffin top (I use Vitalicious silicone muffin top pans), and bake them about 20 – 22 minutes. With the Super Saver Shipping option, stock up…I did!

These muffins meet the chocolate craving I get in the afternoon, but without the guilt – plus they are extremely filling. Great for Weight Watchers! I was also buying the Vitatops for $5.00 per 4-pack – which was $1.25 per muffin. Yikes! Buying the mix (which makes 3 dozen), brings them down to about $0.45 per muffin. I use regular muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes at 350.

WOW…What can I say, these are even BETTER than the already made version that you buy at the grocery store for over $5.00 for 4 muffins!!!!

They come together extremely easy. As another reviewer stated, the bake temperature is a little off. I bake mine @ 335 degrees for roughly 22 minutes and they come out MOIST as can be!!!! One package will make exactly 12 standard size cupcakes (I think of these more like a cupcake rather than a muffin).

Please, if you are a fan of Vitamuffins, DO buy the mix and not the already made 4 pack for tons of money. This buy is a way better bargain and even taste better IMO.

I hope they NEVER discontinue this product.

The mix is even more delicious than the already prepared VitaMuffin’s I’ve been paying a premium for at the grocery! I know some have complained of an after taste for the store bought ones – these have no after taste! YUM YUM YUM! My only complaint is that I was only able to get 10 muffin tops out of the mix :( . Guess I’ll use more sparingly when I bake the next box! Highly recommended!!!!!

These muffins are a real chocolate fix. I lost 45 lbs. and I love chocolate! These bake up perfect every single time and they are rich chocolate flavor, high in protein and fiber and very low fat. These can take care of a chocolate craving without cheating on a weight loss plan and boy oh boy does the fiber work well too!

Very easy to make. I did modify the temperature and baking time, after reading some of the other reviews. I baked at 350 for about 15 minutes. These muffins are delicious and a lot more economical than buying the frozen(already baked)muffins. I did purchase the muffin top pans to bake my next batch and am anxious to try them.

Buying the mix in place of the frozen already baked product saves so much money. They are easy to throw together and you just put them in the freezer and defrost them one at a time. More than satisfy that chocolate craving.

These muffins really are incredible. I have to fight off the rest of the family! I disagree with the reviewers who turn down their ovens-muffins usually are baked at a high temp to get a good rise. The people who had burned muffins must have problems with their oven thermostats.

These Deep Chocolate Vitamuffins are unbelievably delicious. Highly recommend the mix for savings, very easy to prepare, but as others that have reviewed this product, I recommend adjusting temp and time depending on your oven. I preheat at 400 degrees then reduce to 360 degrees for 18-20 minutes, testing for doneness with a wooden toothpick inserted in the center.
