Within our bodies we have the most excellent creation ever – the human brain. And it is true that our bodies are amazing – if you cut yourself, your body knows how to heal. Every moment of the day it’s monitoring your heart rate, your blood pressure and state of health.

Now it’s widely accepted that good health is only partly to do with the body, but is also to do with the mind.
