In the event you don't very own a Vita Mix, I highly recommend you buy 1. You can find a million recipes that the Vita Mix might be used for. It's worth each penny. Oftentimes your local Costco will have the Vita Blend Firm come in to do 3 days of demonstrations. Check with Costco on line for information. The unit can also be purchased directly from the Vita Mix Organization itself (privately owned).
This can be a powerful green ingest that keeps all from the fiber intact. I make ample for three days and place every days beverage in a quart canning jar. No matter what anybody may say, the drink is as fresh and tasty on day three as it is on day 1.

Green drinks are associated with the Liver. Keeping the liver healthful keeps you nutritious – end of story.

I use only organic vegetables. On the other hand if natural is not out there use what is. Of all vegetables, celery may be the only one that genuinely should be organic. Be creative, play with the beverage, change it close to and make it your personal.

Two stalks of celery
A handful of parsley
A handful of cilantro
A handful of Spinach
3-4 Collard Green leaves (stem and all)
3-4 Kale Green Leaves (stem and all)
1-2 Apples (for a touch of sweetness)
1 Cucumber
A little piece of Ginger in case you feel like a slight “zing”

I also add whatever else I have around along the lines of a zucchini or yellow squash, another sort of greens along the lines of turnip greens, possibly a mustard green etc.
I at times will use Dandelion which is outstanding for the Liver but indeed will make the juice on the bitter side. If using Dandelion makes sure you use two apples.

What I don't use in this beverage are carrots, any type of radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, beets, burdock root, turnip root etc.
Make a full container inside Vita Mix and add some water to the blend to dilute just adequate to ingest.

Set inside jars and have one particular per day for lunch! Needless to say, refrigerate!
